Bellaire Self Storage will be liquidating all default storage units at 3 different locations in Bellaire, MI. Bellaire is a Lake front community with many mid to high end homes in the area. There are sure to be great treasures in these units. The auction will begin at 12:00 noon and start at 7407 South M-88 Hwy, Bellaire, MI 49615. Watch for the AUCTION TODAY signs. There is only one unit here which is W-6 Henry, but you will be able to register and see how the auction will be conducted at the other locations. All contents of each unit will be SOLD to the Highest Bidder. The merchandise in these units will not be separated to be sold individually.
The next Lot of storage units are at 4885 South M-88 Hwy, Bellaire, MI 49615 across from the Dollar General and will begin selling at 1:00 pm and include the following:135 Score; 92, 129 Nelson; 76 Walts and 22 Lablanc. Once these have concluded the last unit which is a biggin from what I am told is a 10′ x 20′ on 3279 S. Derenzy Road, Bellaire, MI 49615 described as 158 Holm/Smith.
All units will be SOLD to the Highest Bidder. .
There will be NO restrooms or Food available at any location.
Please keep in mind the owners have the option to Pay up to the Auction so there may be a unit that falls of this list and will not be sold. Announcements at the SALE take precedence over any content in this AD.
There will be a cleaning deposit of $50 which is refundable when the unit is broom swept. You will have 24 hours to remove all contents from the unit and clean it. ANY items left in the Unit will result in Forfeiture of the cleaning deposit.
